Curtis Cutler is a lawyer and veteran of the United States Navy, who has practiced law for more than twenty-one years; with fourteen of those years in Military and Veterans law.

He is the former head of the Office of Veterans Affairs in Prince Greorge's County Maryland, Managing Counsel at Cutler & Associates, and current Partner at Cutler & Davis LLP.;

Mr. Cutler has a B.A. and B.S. from Norfolk State University and Jones College respectively; Masters Laws and Law Degree from Champlain College and Florida Coastal respectively.
